Chest sash or crossed stole

སེ་རལ་ཁའམ་མཆོད་ཕྱིར་ཐོོགས་ནི།

སྙིང་གའི་ཐད་ཀྱི་མདུན་རྒྱབ་གཉིས་སུ་རུས་པའི་འཁོར་ལོོ་རྩིབས་བརྒྱད་པ་རེ་རེ།
At the level of the heart, on both the front and back of the body, there is an eight-spoked bone wheel.

འཁོར་ལོོ་དེ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་རྩིབས་བརྒྱད་ལས་སྟེང་འོོག་གཡས་གཡོོན་གྱི་རྩིབས་བཞི་དོོར་བའི་འཚམས་ཀྱི་རྩིབས་བཞིའི་ཐད་ནས་རུས་པའི་ཕྲེང་བ་གཉིས་བཤིབས་པ་ཐོོན་ཏེ། ཕྲག་གོང་གཡས་ནས་མཆན་འོོག་གཡོོན་དང་། ཕྲག་གོང་གཡོོན་ནས་མཆན་འོོག་གཡས་སུ་བསྣོོལ་མར་བཏགས་ཤིང་།
འཁོར་ལོོ་དེ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་འོོག་མཐའ་ནས་རུས་པའི་དྲ་ཕྱེད་གསུམ་བཤིབས་ཏེ་འཕྱང་བའོོ།
From each of these two wheels, two bone garlands evenly come out from the four diagonal spokes (i.e. excluding the four spokes positioned at the top, bottom, right, and left). These are fastened in a crisscross pattern, running from the upper right shoulder to the left armpit and from the upper left shoulder to the right armpit. From the bottom of these two wheels, three bone half-chains hang down side by side.
