Blessing the preliminary offerings

རང་གི་མདུན་དུ་བདག་བསྐྱེད་ཀྱི་མཆོད་པའི་ཕར་རྒྱབ་ཏུ་སྟེགས་ཀྱི་ཁར་ཆུ་གཉིས་ཉེར་སྤྱོད་དང་བཅས་པ་འབུལ་ཡུལ་གྱི་གཡས་དང་རང་གི་གཡོན་ནས་འགོ་བརྩམས་ཏེ་སྦྲེང་ཚར་དུ་བཤམས་ལ། བསང་སྦྱངས་སྔར་དང་འདྲ།
On a platform in front of oneself but behind the self-generation offerings, arrange the two waters and outer offerings in a row starting from the offering-object's right (which is one's left) and eliminate obstacles and purify as before.

Regarding their generation: བསྐྱེད་པ་ནི།

• Starting from one's left, white syllables AH suddenly appear in each respective place for the offering substances. These transform into vast and expansive skull-cups, within each of which the exalted wisdom of bliss and emptiness appears as a blue syllable HUM.
  རང་གི་གཡོན་ངོས་ནས་བརྩམས་ཏེ་མཆོད་རྫས་རང་རང་གི་གོ་སར་ཨཱཿ ཡིག་དཀར་པོ་རེ་ཐོལ་གྱིས་བྱུང་བ་ལས་ཐོད་པ་ཡངས་ཤིང་རྒྱ་ཆེ་བ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ནང་དུ་བདེ་སྟོང་གི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཧཱུཾ་སྔོན་པོར་ཤར་བ་རེ་རེ།
• These completely transform: In essence, they are the exalted wisdom of bliss and emptiness, appearing in the forms of: དེ་ཡོངས་སུ་གྱུར་པ་ལས་ངོ་བོ་བདེ་སྟོང་གི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཡིན་པ་ལ་རྣམ་པ་་་་
  • Heart-blood offerings from liberated malevolent beings; གདུག་ཅན་བསྒྲལ་བའི་སྙིང་ཁྲག་གི་མཆོད་ཡོན།
  • Flowers are the five senses such as the eyes; མིག་སོགས་དབང་པོ་སྣ་ལྔའི་མེ་ཏོག
  • Incense of "great flesh" and "human fat"; ཤ་ཆེན་ཚིལ་ཆེན་གྱི་བདུག་སྤོས།
  • A lamp of melted "human fat"; ཞུན་ཆེན་གྱི་མར་མེ།
  • Perfumed water consisting of heart-blood mixed with fragrances; སྙིང་ཁྲག་དྲིས་བསྒོས་པའི་དྲི་ཆབ།
  • Food of the five vital organs and so forth; དོན་སྙིང་ལྔ་སོགས་ཀྱི་ཞལ་ཟས།
  • Various musical instruments made from parts made of bone and so forth.
    རུས་པ་སོགས་ཀྱི་ཆ་ལས་གྲུབ་པའི་རོལ་མོའི་བྱེ་བྲག་སྣ་ཚོགས་དང་བཅས་པ།

འདི་རྣམས་ཞི་བའི་ལས་ཀྱི་སྐབས་ཡན་ལག་བརྒྱད་ལྡན་གྱི་མཆོད་ཡོན་སོགས་བྱེད་པའང་འདུག
During peaceful activities, it is also common to offer offerings possessing the eight qualities and so forth.

གང་ལྟར་སྔར་བཤད་པ་ལྟར་རང་བཞིན་བདེ་སྟོང་རྣམ་པ་མཆོད་རྫས་རང་རང་གི་རྣམ་པ་ཅན།
བྱེད་ལས་མགྲོན་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཞལ་སོགས་དབང་པོ་དྲུག་གི་སྤྱོད་ཡུལ་དུ་ཟག་པ་མེད་པའི་བདེ་བ་ཁྱད་པར་ཅན་བསྐྱེད་པའི་ཁྱད་ཆོས་གསུམ་ལྡན་དུ་མོས་ལ།
In any case, as explained previously, one should imagine them as having three attributes:

1. Their nature is bliss and emptiness
2. Their aspect is that of the individual offering substances
3. Their function is to generate a special, uncontaminated bliss as the utilised-objects of the guests' six senses, i.e. the mouth and so forth.

མཆོད་རྫས་རང་རང་གི་མིང་དང་འབྲུ་གསུམ་སྤེལ་བས་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས།
Bless them by combining the name of each offering substance with the three syllables.

སྔོན་འགྲོའི་གཏོར་མ་སྔར་གྱི་ནང་མཆོད་ལྟར་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས།
Bless the preliminary torma offering as you did previously for the inner offering.
