The practitioner

བཤེས་གཉེན་ཚུལ་བཞིན་དུ་བསྟེན་པ་སོོགས་ཐུན་མོོང་བའི་ལམ་གྱིས་རྒྱུད་སྦྱངས་པ།
Has trained the mind with the common path, such as properly relying upon the spiritual friend and so forth.

ཡི་དམ་འདིའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དུ་དབང་བསྐུར་བ་ཐོོབ་པ།
Has obtained an empowerment into the mandala of this yidam

དམ་ཚིག་དང་སྡོོམ་པ་ཚུལ་བཞིན་དུ་བསྲུང་བ།
Properly protects their vows and commitments

ཁྱད་པར་དུ་དཀར་ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་རྩ་བ་དད་པ་དང་། སྙིང་རྗེས་ཀུན་ནས་བསླངས་ཏེ་སྡུག་བསྔལ་གྱིས་མནར་བའི་སེམས་ཅན་འཁོར་བ་ལས་གྲོལ་བའི་ཕྱིར་ཚེ་འདིར་ཟུང་འཇུག་གི་གོ་འཕང་ཐོོབ་པར་བྱ་སྙམ་པའི་བསམ་པ་ཅན་ཞིག་ངེས་པར་དགོས་སོོ།
In particular, someone motivated by faith (the root of all white dharma) and compassion, thinking "I will attain the state of union in this life in order to liberate all sentient beings tormented by suffering from samsara!"
