Non-discrimination

འདུ་ཤེས་མེད་པའི་སྙོམས་འཇུག་དང་ལྡན་པས་རབ་ཏུ་ཕྱེ་བའི་བསམ་གཏན་བཞི་པའི་ལྷར་དམིགས་པ། འདུ་ཤེས་མེད་པ་བའི་མཚན་ཉིད།
Definition of a being of non-discrimination: That observed as a deva of the fourth concentration distinguished by possessing the absorption without discrimination.

འདིའི་ཚེ་ཚད་བསྐལ་ཆེན་ལྔ་བརྒྱ་ཡིན་ལ། མཐའ་གཅིག་ཏུ་མ་ངེས་ཏེ་སྒྲ་མི་སྙན་མ་གཏོགས་པར་དུས་མ་ཡིན་དུ་འཆི་བ་ཡོད།
Their lifespan is five-hundred great eons but this is indefinite because untimely death exists everywhere apart from Unpleasant Sound.

འདིའི་རྒྱུད་ལ་འདུ་ཤེས་གཏན་མེད་མ་ཡིན་ཏེ། སྐྱེ་འཆིའི་སེམས་མངོན་དུ་གྱུར་པའི་གང་ཟག་ཡིན་ན་ཡིད་དབང་རྒྱུད་ལྡན་ཡིན་དགོས་པའི་ཕྱིར།
It is not the case that there is no discrimination in their continua whatsoever because if it is a person manifesting the minds of birth and death, then they necessarily possess the continuum of the mental faculty.

འདུ་ཤེས་མེད་པ་བ་དེ་བྱུང་བ་གསུམ་གྱི་ནང་ནས་རྣམ་སྨིན་ལས་བྱུང་བ་ཡིན་ཏེ། འདུ་ཤེས་མེད་པའི་སྙོམས་འཇུག་བསྒོམས་པའི་འབྲས་བུ་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར།
From among the three arisings, the beings of non-discrimination are arisen from fruition because of being the result of having cultivating the absorption without discrimination.

འདུ་ཤེས་མེད་པ་ཡིན་ན་བསམ་གཏན་བཞི་པའི་ལྷ་ཡིན་པས་ཁྱབ་སྟེ། འབྲས་བུ་ཆེ་ན་འདུ་ཤེས་མེད་པའི་ལྷ། །ཞེས་གསུངས།
If it is a being of non-discrimination, then they are pervaded by being a deva of the fourth concentration because the root text says "The devas without discrimination are in Great Result."

འདུ་ཤེས་མེད་པ་དེ་ཤི་འཕོས་མ་ཐག་འདོད་ཁམས་སུ་སྐྱེ་སྟེ། དཔེར་ན། བྱང་སྒྲ་མི་སྙན་པ་ཤི་འཕོས་མ་ཐག་རྒྱལ་ཆེན་བཞིའི་ལྷར་སྐྱེ་བ་བཞིན།
The beings of non-discrimination take birth in the desire realm immediately upon dying and transferring because it is similar to how being of Unpleasant Sound take birth as devas of the Four Great Kings immediately upon dying and transferring, for example.
